岗位职责：
1、根据标准要求制订产品检验和试验计划，建立产品质量控制系统，以确保产品符合客户和BOSCH的标准；
2、定期跟踪质量改进措施的实施状况；
3、发生客户投诉时须24小时回复客户，48小时制订应急措施，14天内要求责任部门递交长期改进计划；
4、对检验员的产品知识和检验试验标准的培训和相关文件更新的培训；
5、根据项目协调人的项目计划，编制认可试验计划和调研设备和工装需求，确定投资计划，并配合和支持项目协调人按时完成项目进度。
Position Responsibilities:
1.Compile product inspection plan and test plan according to standard. Set up the control system for product quality. As well as assurance the products are meet standard of customer and BOSCH;
2.Regular review the situation of implement quality improvement action;
3.If received customer complaint, must response in 24hrs, 48hrs to take short action , long term action should be submit to customer in 14days by owner;
4.Responsible for product knowledge and standard of inspection and test, and training for related document was changed;
5.According to project schedule, compile test plan and investigation demand of test equipment and test fixture, confirm invest plan and support project coordinator to finish the project in time.

岗位要求：
1、机电、自动化或工程类专业，本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上质量控制方面的工作经验；
3、熟悉质量工具及应用；沟通能力, 汽车行业的质量标准。
Position Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related areas;
2.Above 5 years quality control experience;
3.Knowledge of quality tools；Communication skills, knowledge the standard in Automotive industry.
