岗位职责：
1.处理客服部日常事务，处理客户投诉；
2.熟悉国家及当地方的有关政策法规等；
3.设定客服部制度与流程；
4.负责进行员工培训提高员工的工作能力；
5.负责员工的绩效考核；
6.根据具体的客服计划和方案，领导和管理客服人员的工作；
7.完成上级交给的其它事务性工作；
