职位信息

岗位职责:

1、组织领导管辖区域内的安全及消防工作，制订工作计划和目标，并负责安排实施。负责编制本部门各种突发事件的预案，并组织进行日常演练；
2、负责管理服务区域内巡查管理；
3、负责编制部门各种制度、作业指导书，并推广和执行。对体系运行情况及时提出整改和纠正措施；
4、负责检查和监督物管员在岗工作情况及相关工作质量记录是否规范，及时纠正合格项，并进行定期考核。
5、协助人力资源部负责人员招聘、录用、出勤管理。负责部门的消防知识、业务基础技能等培训工作，并评估培训结果。
6、负责组织和召开部门晨会、周会、月会等例会，总结和完善会议内容，督促考核下属工作。
7、负责监督、检查服务区域内安防、消防设施及服务器材完好情况，确保器材完好、安全。
8、负责处理服务区域内各种违章行为、突发事件。
任职资格:
1、大专以上学历，持消防上岗证、保安岗位证书者，退役军人优先。
2、具有3年以上相关工作经验，退役军人、具有大型豪宅项目及酒店安管从业人员优先。
3、业务技能及与业知识：身体素质好、熟悉消防、安防工作，熟悉物业服务内容及流程；能力要求：身体健康，责任心强，有良好的职业道德、管理能力；熟悉掌握Office软件。
