Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical or related major.
2. At least 3 years project management experience, automation industry is preferred.
3. Experience in non-standard automation product design or sales is preferred.
4. Familiar with all kinds of office software, project software is necessary.
5. Good English communication skills.
6. Strong communication skills and team spirit.
7. Strong leadership and pressure resistance.
8. Business management ability.
9. PMP certificate is preferred.

Job responsibilities:
1. Work in strict accordance with the project management process to ensure the output quality and punctuality of project process documents.
2. Take full responsibility for the planning, implementation, supervision and control of the project to ensure that the project can achieve the expected results.
3. Risk management: risk identification, judgment, countermeasures, etc.
4. Supervise and promote the completion of the project according to the project plan, and control the project cost within the budget.
5. Fully communicate and coordinate with various functional departments of the enterprise to make the project go smoothly.
6. Report to the superior regularly and carry out the relevant work assigned by the superior.

任职资格：
1、机械或相关专业类本科学历
2、3年以上项目管理工作经验，自动化行业优先
3、有非标自动化产品设计或销售经验者优先
4、熟练使用各种办公软件，project软件必备
5、较好的英语沟通能力
6、具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神
7、具有较强的领导力和抗压能力
8、具备商务管理能力
9、具有PMP证书者优先
岗位职责：
1、严格按照项目管理流程工作，保证项目过程文件的输出质量和准时性
2、对项目的计划、实施、监督与控制负有全权的责任，保证项目能达到预期的效果
3、风险管理：风险识别，判断，对策等
4、监督，促进项目按照项目计划完成，控制项目成本在预算范围内
5、与企业的各个职能部门进行充分的沟通、协调，使项目能顺利的进行
6、定期向上级汇报工作，并执行上级交代的相关工作
