1.Responsible for managing the strategic of assigned key account and specific project within account. Works with QA ,lab and sales team to establish , maintain and improve the business relationship.

2.Formulate customers strategy and develop business individually/with international colleague;

3.Responsible for entering the supply chain of Volkswagen or Daimler's joint venture in China;

4. Produce business specification documents, identify gaps and risks, and resolve issues

5.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

6.Achieve sales /profitability targets and overall financial objectives for designated accounts ;

7.Provide solution & service to key accounts;

8. Build and leverage strong relationships with key central customer contacts, lead strategic

negotiations;

9. Collect, assess, and report competitor information;

10.Identifying unexpressed customer needs and potential products and/or services to meet those

needs;

11. Resolve difficult situations with customers/clients conflict management.

12.Regular report to Marketing Head

任职资格：

1* Bachelor’s degree and CET 6+ or above.

2* 10+ years’ sales experience in automotive industries,5+ experiences in business development

or sales field.

3* The market development experience of Volkswagen or Daimler is mandatory.

4* International sales management experience preferred.

5* TOP100 Tier1 work experience preferred.

6* Multinational collaboration work experience preferred.

7* Fluently English as working language，German language would be a plus.

8* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sale.

9* Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

10* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

11* Proficiency with Microsoft Project Management tools (Salesforce, MS office, etc.).
