职位信息

1.According to the strategy of the HQ, formulate the development strategy and plan of the British company;

2.Execute the corporate strategic business plan to promote, grow, and manage our business.

3.Full responsibility for the business targets, budget and EBIT.

4.Develop and execute short and long-term business plans and associated budgets.

5.Accept regional plan responsibility; customer interface responsibility; coordination of product development; regional execution of business policies and structure.

6.Identifies areas of risk in regulatory compliance and takes a lead role in identifying strategies to minimize risk.

7.Leads and facilitates change efforts to create a strong culture of leaders and high performance teams.

8.Builds and maintains effective working relations with the China leadership team and employee-partners to advise both on employee-related or organizational matters.

9.Build and maintain a positive network of relationships with local government administrative bodies, community representatives, suppliers and customers.

10.Contribute to the recruitment and development of a high potential regional leadership teams and coordinate with and develop a strong relationship with our customers.

11.Understand the products, processes, market and the relationship among our global policy and be able to function with a hands-on approach to managing and solving problems.

任职资格:

1.Driving revenue and profitability by leading P&L competence managing costs, optimizing assets to achieve financial targets.

2.Deep business/financial acumen, strategic ability to develop successful business strategies and execution plans.

3.Track record of effective change management and organic growth.

4.Personal leadership, which will gain confidence of senior leadership and foster trust and confidence within the organization at large.

5.Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal, which will be used both internally and externally.

6.Ability to be candid, effective and persuasive with customers, management, employees and market contacts.

7.Strong leadership skills : managing the organization to deliver results and management operating system; identify and provide the resources necessary to support anticipated growth.
