岗位职责:
1、积极配合营销策划部经理完成日常销售管理工作
2、合理安排现场人员班次，及时调整当班人员的工作，以确保销售流程顺畅
3、根据具体任务安排，制定短期管理计划
4、负责现场的组织、协调工作，带领物业人员协助置业顾问完成各阶段销售任务
5、对物业人员进行内部培训和指导。监督、协助置业顾问的销售工作。
6、及时向物业人员传达有关会议精神、决策，布置、下达各项工作，将管理情况及时反馈给营销策划部经理及有关部门
7、协助置业顾问维护客户关系，做好客户服务
8、展现公司形象，代表公司与置业建立良好关系，维护公司权益和利益
9、了解并掌握房物业及地产信息及相关行业知识及政策法规，熟悉掌握公司的管理方针
10、负责本部门员工的队伍建设，对下属员工提供工作指导，提出对下属员工的调配、培训、考核意见，帮助员工制定职业生涯发展规划等
11、完成上级领导交办的其他工作
本岗位物业方向案场主管

任职资格:
1、全日制大专，3-5年工作经验
2、有售楼处案场工作经验，熟悉前期物业工作，有物业行业经验，有3年以上经验优先，物业经理资格上岗证优先
3、有较强的团队管理及沟通协调能力
4、年龄45周岁以内，形象气质佳
