职位信息

岗位职责:
1、接待客户的来电、来访，解答客户对物业服务工作的咨询；
2、协助租户办理进驻、装修等相关手续；
3、协助社区文化管理；
4、负责特色增值服务的开展；
5、完成对客户服务记录，客户服务内部管理资料的存档、并做好客户分类管理工作；
6、受理并跟进业户提出的各类投诉、报修、问询、质疑、求助、建议以及各类申请并及时派单相关部门处理，处理完毕后及时电话回访；
7、负责各项费用的收取及与财务进行对接，并且协助财务开展费用催缴工作；
8、收集保管好园区房产相关图纸、资料，收集租户资料，配合管理处建立详细、完整的业主档案。

任职资格:
1、女性，身体健康，身材匀称、五官端庄
2、大专及以上学历，1年相关工作经验，文秘、行政管理、财务等相关专业优先考虑；
3、较强的服务意识，能熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等相关办公软件；
4、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；
5、及时、准确接听/转接电话，如需要，记录留言并及时转达；
6、具备一定商务礼仪知识。
