岗位职责：
1、贯彻执行公司各项管理制度和文件精神
2、贯彻执行物业经理的指示，直接对经理负责
3、负责组织制定本部门各岗位责任制规范操作流程及设备检修保养等制度，并督导落实
4、负责组织制定工程设备维修及更新改造方案、并组织实施
5、负责控制公司能源消耗和维修成本
6、负责制定本部门培训计划，并负责落实以提高部门员工的整体技术技能水平
7、定期对员工进行绩效评估
8、负责部门员工招聘、考核、奖惩、升迁评审工作
9、负责指导部门的安全工作、认真执行各项安全、消防操作规程
10、审定外包工程技术资质、方案、造价、工程施工的监督管理
11、编制部门全年预算、计划等

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历、工程（机电）专业，熟悉自动计费设备。
2、5年以上商业物业工程管理经验
3、有较强的组织协调能力、熟悉工程各专业知识、有独立解决工程问题的能力
4、工作认真负责、考虑问题周全、细致、有较强的工作责任心
5、积极采取节能措施、做好节能降耗工作
6、有高低压电工操作证及设备维修经验
7、年龄50岁以下
